1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted 10-14 days prior to the event.
Refunds will only be processed for tickets that meet the following criteria:
The refund request is submitted within the eligible timeframe.
The ticket has not been used or scanned for entry into the event.
The refund request is made for valid reasons, such as unforeseen circumstances or technical errors in the purchase process.
2. Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Submit a Request: Contact us at info@yy.ventures with the subject line "Refund Request – Social Business Youth Summit."
Provide Details: Include your full name, ticket number, and proof of purchase in your email.
Wait for Confirmation: Our team will review your request and respond within 3 to 5 working days.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refund requests made after the eligible timeframe will not be accepted.
Tickets purchased under promotional or discounted rates are non-refundable.
If the ticket has been used or scanned for event access, no refund will be granted.
5. Event Cancellation or Postponement
If an event is canceled by YY Ventures, attendees will be eligible for a full refund.
If an event is postponed, attendees will have the option to either transfer their ticket to the rescheduled date or request a refund.
6. Cancellation and Transfer Policy
Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated during the purchase process.
If there is no refund or cancellation policy for a specific event, it will be clearly stated at the time of ticket purchase.
